Shipping Policy
All Hide Labs products are made to order in the UK. Please allow [1–3] working days for us to prepare your order before it's sent. Custom colour-matched products may take up to [5] working days.
UK delivery: Standard delivery takes [2–4] working days after dispatch and costs [£X]. It's free on orders over [£X]. Express delivery is available at checkout.
International delivery: We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes [5–10] working days to Europe and [7–15] working days to the rest of the world. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs and duties: Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. The customer is responsible for these unless your checkout says otherwise.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel hasn't arrived within [10] working days of the estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged, email us at [email] and we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
Refund and Returns Policy
You can cancel your order and return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving them, as allowed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items we can't accept back: Custom colour-matched or personalised products, and items that have been opened or used, can't be returned unless they're faulty. This is for hygiene reasons and because leather-care chemicals can't be resold once opened.
Faulty or incorrect items: If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including the delivery cost.
How to return an item: Email [email] with your order number before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage.
Refunds: We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Your original delivery charge is refunded if you return the whole order.
